ASUS has revealed the full specifications of the ROG Strix OLED XG259QWPG Ace monitor, designed primarily for professional gamers. The device features a 24.5-inch Tandem WOLED panel, a refresh rate of up to 540 Hz and a claimed response time of 0.02 ms. Interestingly, the monitor is already listed by a Polish retailer.
540 Hz and brightness up to 1700 nits
The ROG Strix OLED XG259QWPG Ace uses a Tandem WOLED panel with Full HD resolution (1920 × 1080 pixels). The manufacturer states a peak HDR brightness of 1700 nits, while typical brightness is 390 nits. The display also offers 99.5% coverage of the DCI-P3 colour space, 10-bit colour depth and HDR10 support.
It also includes AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, compatibility with NVIDIA G-Sync and an ELMB feature that reduces motion blur. ASUS has also applied a TrueBlack Glossy coating designed to provide a vivid image and deep blacks.
Features for gamers and Polish price
The monitor is equipped with two HDMI 2.1 ports, DisplayPort 1.4, two USB-A ports and a headphone output. The stand allows height adjustment, tilt, swivel and pivot to portrait orientation.
An interesting feature is the OLED Care Pro system with a Neo Proximity sensor that detects the user’s absence and helps reduce the risk of panel burn-in. The manufacturer also provides a three-year warranty that covers burn-in.
ASUS ROG Strix OLED XG259QWPG Ace is priced at 3,279 zł in the Polish Proshop store. The seller expects to receive the unit into stock on 2 November 2026. The official date for wider availability in Poland has not yet been confirmed.
