Samsung is betting on wireless sound – new speakers and soundbars for 2026!

Samsung is expanding wireless audio in 2026 – new Music Studio 7 speakers, an enhanced Q-Symphony system, and flagship HW-Q990H and HW-QS90H soundbars promise more immersive sound on Samsung TVs.

Samsung has announced a new generation of soundbars and wireless speakers, which in 2026 will significantly expand the audio capabilities of televisions from this brand. A key novelty is the Music Studio 7 – a 3.1.1 speaker that can operate independently or as part of a larger, wireless TV audio system.

This is Samsung's latest attempt at a modular audio concept. In 2024, the company tried a similar solution with the Music Frame model, but the project did not gain popularity. Now the manufacturer returns to the idea in a more advanced form, moving closer to the concept known from the Sonos ecosystem.

Music Studio 7 – wireless TV sound extension

Samsung Music Studio 7 (LS70H) is a speaker in a 3.1.1 configuration – with front channels, left, right, and an upward-firing speaker. The device supports Dolby Atmos, and several units can be connected to create a wider stereo scene or full surround sound. The speakers connect wirelessly to compatible Samsung televisions via the Q-Symphony system. This solution allows for simultaneous use of the TV speakers and external audio devices.

According to Samsung, it is possible to connect up to five audio devices to one television. Once configured, the system automatically analyses the room layout and adjusts the sound distribution to its acoustics. The result is intended to be better dialogue clarity and more realistic surround sound.

Samsung also announces a smaller model, Music Studio 5 (LS50H), but it has not yet been confirmed whether it will offer the possibility of wireless collaboration with televisions.

Q-Symphony in 2026 – more adaptive audio

With the new product line, Samsung is also developing the Q-Symphony feature. In 2026, the system is set to function as a cohesive audio ecosystem, connecting televisions, soundbars and Wi-Fi speakers into one integrated audio setup. As Samsung emphasises, the new version of Q-Symphony will automatically adjust the sound to the acoustic conditions of the room, providing more precise surround effects and clearer dialogues.

New Samsung Soundbars for 2026

The flagship soundbar model for 2026 will be the HW-Q990H, which replaces the current model HW-Q990F. The changes are rather evolutionary – the new feature is Auto Volume, which maintains a consistent volume level across different audio sources. The HW-Q990H is a system configured as 11.1.4:

  • soundbar – 7.0.2

  • rear speakers – 4.0.2

  • separate subwoofer with an 8-inch driver

Also joining the lineup is the refreshed all-in-one soundbar – the HW-QS90H. This model does not use a separate subwoofer, as the low frequencies are generated by the built-in subwoofer. It is a 7.1.2 system that can be placed on furniture or mounted on the wall. Thanks to the built-in gyroscopic sensor, the soundbar automatically recognises its orientation and adjusts the operation of the speakers according to the mounting method.
