Samsung is launching a brand new collection of 22 works of art straight from the Art Basel Paris 2025 fair, now available at the Samsung Art Store in 4K resolution. This collaboration allows you to turn any living room into a true art gallery – without leaving the house.
The art that speaks of the present
The new collection features works by artists from Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America – from established masters to the most exciting contemporary names. They all share one thing: they attempt to capture the "here and now" – the emotions, conflicts, and ideas that define the year 2025.
Particular attention should be paid to the works of Pascale Marthine Tayou, such as Dreams in Giza, in which the artist addresses the themes of migration and cultural identity. Ludovic Nkoth, on the other hand, strikes emotional chords related to a sense of belonging and diaspora in his pieces The Wait and A Day’s Weight. Alongside them, we will also see works by Tanja Nis-Hansen, Miao Ying, Roberta Brambory, and Jessy Razafimandimby – creators who give global art discourse new meaning and freshness.
“This collection tells a story of contemporary life – about what moves artists and viewers today,” says Daria Greene, head of the curatorial department of Samsung Art Store. “The collaboration with Art Basel shows how broad, diverse, and passionate today’s art scene is.”
Technology that is becoming art
During Art Basel Paris 2025, at the legendary Grand Palais, visitors will be able to see these works displayed on Samsung Art TV screens – and discover how technology can transform an ordinary television into a window to the world of culture.
The event director, Clément Delépine, emphasises:
“Art Basel is not just an exhibition of works, but above all the conversations that arise from them. Thanks to the collaboration with Samsung, these conversations can reach people around the world – in a new, truly engaging way.”
Samsung will also present a unique exhibition dedicated to Seundja Rhee – a Korean artist who has created in Paris for years, blending colour, form, and emotion in a unique, lyrical abstraction.
4K Gallery in Your Home
The entire collection is now available on the Samsung Art Store in 4K UHD, and thanks to Samsung Neo QLED display technology, every detail, colour, and texture of the artwork looks like it does in a real gallery.
The platform works on all Samsung 2025 series televisions, including The Frame and The Frame Pro – models that have become icons of modern design.
The Frame Pro offers:
new screen Neo QLED with improved contrast and deeper blacks,
Anti-Reflection Matte Display, which eliminates reflections,
system Wireless One Connect Box with the ability to conceal cables up to 9 metres,
and fully interchangeable frames in various sizes, tailored to your interior.
This year, the Art Store has also been expanded to include models Neo QLED and QLED with AI, allowing even more users to explore art in their homes – like never before.
Art and technology in one frame
Samsung once again demonstrates that art does not have to be reserved for galleries. Thanks to the Art Store and collaboration with Art Basel Paris 2025, works from the largest artistic event in Europe can now be admired… on your own wall.
