Netflix is heavily focusing on a dynamic pace, humour, and the typical style of Kevin Hart, full of quick dialogues and comedic situations. The other major premiere is Sweet Magnolias season 5. The series will once again focus on the relationships of the main characters and their ongoing family and romantic problems. The production has maintained a very loyal group of fans for years and is one of the most popular calmer social dramas on the platform.
Calabasas Confidential focuses on celebrity secrets
Also new is Calabasas Confidential, a series inspired by the world of luxury, celebrities, and secrets hidden behind the closed doors of wealthy residences. The trailer suggests a mix of drama, tension, and the gossiping atmosphere known from Hollywood stories about famous families. Netflix is increasingly showing that in the coming months it wants to strongly mix genres – from light comedies and soap operas to more mysterious and dramatic productions aimed at older viewers.
