GTA 6 could cost this much. A leak from the store reveals the prices?

The premiere of Grand Theft Auto VI is approaching ever more quickly, and the topic of price excites fans as much as new story details. Information has emerged online that may suggest how much we will pay for one of the most anticipated games in history.

Prices from the British store. £90 for the console?

On the Loaded platform, which deals with the sale of digital keys, pre-release offers for GTA 6 have appeared. According to screenshots:

• the version for Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S has been priced at £89.99,

• the PC edition was set to cost £69.99.

If we convert these amounts to zlotys, we're talking about around PLN 430 for the console version and PLN 340 for PC. That's a clearly higher level than the standard $70 that the AAA market has accustomed us to.

Will GTA 6 exceed the £100 barrier?

For months, there has been discussion about whether Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive will decide to raise prices above current standards. Some analysts believe that given the scale of the project, a higher price would be justified. On the other hand, GTA 5 demonstrated that huge sales and a model based on additional online revenue can generate billions without the need for drastically increasing the price of the base game. An optimal scenario might be an amount just below the psychological barrier of £100.

It is worth highlighting that Loaded is not an official partner of the publisher. Key shops often set initial prices based on forecasts rather than real data from the producer. This means that the quoted amounts may be merely estimates. At this moment, neither Rockstar nor Take-Two have announced an official price for GTA 6. Differences may also appear depending on the region, platform, and version of the game.

The leak suggests that GTA 6 could be one of the more expensive releases of this generation. 430 PLN for the console version would not be shocking today, but exceeding 100 dollars could spark an uproar among gamers. Until Rockstar provides official information, everything remains in the realm of speculation.
