Xbox and TCL have announced a partnership under which the Xbox app will be available on selected TCL Smart TVs. This will allow users to access Xbox Cloud Gaming directly on the TV without needing an Xbox console. To get started, users will need a supported TV, a compatible controller and access to cloud gaming. Xbox Game Pass subscribers will also get access to the library of games playable in the cloud. The move is intended to extend the Xbox ecosystem to more devices and give players greater freedom to choose where they play.
