April 2026 looks really solid for Game Pass subscribers. Microsoft has prepared a mix of different genres, from classic RPGs to dynamic roguelikes and even more niche indie productions. The list includes 8 games that will be added to the service gradually throughout the month.
Biggest Premieres of the Month
The most talked-about title is undoubtedly Hades 2, which has generated huge interest since its announcement. The sequel to the hit from Supergiant Games aims to expand the familiar formula and add new mechanics and story. Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, available in Premium version from the start of the month, also draws a lot of attention. This RPG features a very distinctive visual style that sets it apart from other productions. We also can't overlook Final Fantasy IV, a classic of the genre, which is once again available to players through subscriptions. It's a great opportunity to catch up on one of the most iconic parts of the series.
The rest of the list is a variety above all
In April, there will also be some interesting, less obvious titles. Replaced is a retro-futuristic production that has long attracted attention with its appearance. In addition, there’s Aphelion, which focuses on narrative and the science fiction atmosphere, and Vampire Crawlers, a more dynamic offering for action fans. The list also includes Kiln and Barbie Horse Trails, which target completely different audiences and show just how broad the Game Pass catalogue is today.
Full Date Schedule
The beginning of the month brings two titles already on 2 April Barbie Horse Trails and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 in the Premium version. On 7 April, Final Fantasy IV joins, and on 14 April things get really interesting with the release of Hades 2 and Replaced. More games appear on 21, 23 and 28 April, rounding off the whole set.
