Information has appeared on the THQ Nordic website that may suggest the company has significantly more plans for the Nintendo Switch 2 than have been announced so far. In the section dedicated to the new console, several items described as "unannounced projects" were noted, which immediately piqued fans' interest.
What has been found
On the official publisher's website, a Switch 2 tab has appeared, which, in addition to already known titles, also features general entries suggesting additional games in preparation. There are no specific names listed, but similar markers can also be found on other platforms, where alongside announced games, such "placeholders" appear. This may indicate that the company is already working on further projects that will be revealed later.
What games might make it to Switch 2
Although nothing has been officially confirmed, THQ Nordic has plans for titles like Gothic 1 Remake and Darksiders 4 on other platforms, so naturally, there is speculation that some of these may also make it to the new Nintendo console. It is already known that the company supports Switch 2, as they previously announced refreshed versions of older hits and new productions.
At the moment, these are just clues, but quite interesting ones. If the posts on the site are not random, THQ Nordic may be preparing solid support for the Switch 2. In the coming months, we should find out whether there are specific major releases behind these "unannounced projects."
