Samsung opens its largest Business Experience Centre in Europe in Warsaw – a new era of collaboration and innovation!

Samsung has opened Europe’s largest Business Experience Centre in Warsaw – 1,200 m² of innovation, 9 interactive zones and over 180 real business scenarios.

Samsung has selected Warsaw as the centre for European B2B collaboration. In the office building Warsaw Spire, the Samsung Business Experience Centre has been opened – a space designed not only to showcase technology but, above all, to connect companies, institutions, and partners in creating real, future-oriented solutions. This is a place where technology meets practice – a fully functional innovation laboratory spanning over 1200 m².

New chapter in Samsung’s B2B strategy

The opening of the centre in Warsaw is an important element of the European B2B strategy. The Korean giant wants Polish companies not only to utilise its solutions but also to co-create them on a global scale.

As highlighted by Piotr Stelmachów, VP Head of Consumer Electronics at Samsung Electronics Polska, the centre is meant to be a space for experimenting, testing, and jointly discovering the potential of technology. – It is here, in the meeting of different perspectives, that solutions are born that truly change entire industries – he says.

Meanwhile, Andrzej Domański, Minister of Finance and Economy, pointed out that Samsung's presence in Warsaw is not just an investment in technology but also in Polish specialists and engineers. – Samsung is creating a space that joins forces with local companies, strengthening their position in the global value chain – he added.

9 zones, 180 scenarios and unlimited possibilities

On over 1200 m², there are 9 interactive zones that allow visitors to experience technology in realistic business conditions. Each of them showcases a different dimension of digital transformation:

  • Residential – smart homes and offices based on SmartThings Pro, focusing on energy efficiency and climate neutrality.

  • Retail – the vision of the store of the future, where AI and IoT automate service and analyse customer behaviours.

  • Corporate & Finance – next-generation work environments that combine Samsung Knox, DeX, and integrated management systems.

  • Healthcare – telemedicine, mobile diagnostics, and wearables supporting prevention and healthcare.

  • Hospitality – hotels of the future with digital service and IoT in every room.

  • Control Room – energy and building infrastructure management centre.

  • Government & Security – solutions based on Samsung Knox and NATO security standards.

Among the Polish innovations presented was Paperless – developed by Asseco Data Systems and Xtension, a solution enabling biometric signatures on Samsung Galaxy tablets. The system has been certified under Common Criteria, ensuring the integrity and authenticity of documents.

There were also examples of collaboration with the medical world – the National Institute of Cardiology uses Galaxy Watch to monitor patient activity as part of prevention programmes.

State-of-the-art Security

For years, Samsung has supported public institutions and agencies responsible for data security. As part of the PWCyber program, the company collaborates with the Ministry of Digitalisation, NASK, and RCB, providing training and offering tools to protect critical infrastructure. Samsung devices have ABW and NATO security certifications, making them a trusted choice for administration and the public sector.

Technologies and partners in one ecosystem

The new centre also showcases Samsung's full portfolio – from LED screens, interactive monitors and Galaxy devices, to SmartThings Pro and the VXT platform for content management. They are accompanied by solutions from technology partners, which together with Samsung technologies create a coherent ecosystem for business, education, medicine or administration.

In the Samsung Business Experience Centre, companies can test AI, IoT, SmartThings Pro, Knox, and other solutions for business, health, and administration.
