PlayStation is once again serving up its annual activity summary – and as always, it can both delight, embarrass, and evoke a slight twinge of pride. Wrap-Up 2025 is now available for PS4 and PS5 users, and inside you'll find all the digital sins of the past year: the number of hours spent with the controller in hand, the most played titles, favourite genres, earned trophies, and… whether you accidentally pampered your DualSense to death.
Your statistics, your rules – and your reasons to brag
Wrap-Up works like the well-known annual summaries from music streaming services. After filling out a short form, PlayStation generates a set of sleek cards that can be shared directly on social media. And that’s exactly the point – because nothing says “Ladies and gentlemen, I’m playing this seriously” more than solid proof of how many hours you've spent traversing the world of Death Stranding 2 or battling it out in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.
This year, Sony is going a step further. In the summary, you'll also find data regarding the use of accessories: ChooseTV Portal, PS VR2, and statistics on the most frequently used colour variant of the DualSense. Yes, Sony knows which controller you have closest to your heart (and fingers).
Available for a limited time – and only for adults
PlayStation Wrap-Up 2025 can be checked until 8 January. After completing the presentation, each user will also receive a unique, “glass” avatar – a keepsake prepared by Sony exclusively for adult players. PlayStation has been offering Wrap-Up since 2017, although in 2024 the feature experienced some hiccups regarding availability. However, the concept itself is much older – Spotify released its first Wrapped back in 2015, and since then the industry has gone absolutely mad for year-end summaries. Today, Apple Music, Nintendo, YouTube, and numerous other services have their own “annual reports.” Well – it seems we really love analysing what we’ve lived through over the past months.
