Once Human is coming to consoles and it's making a big splash. The developers have announced the first closed beta for Xbox Series X|S, which will allow players to experience a survival world full of supernatural threats ahead of its release. This is an important step for a game that has so far been primarily associated with PC and is now looking to conquer the console market.
Closed beta on Xbox when and what it offers
The tests will start at the end of March and will last until the beginning of April. During this time, players will get access to a portion of the game, including the tutorial and the Manibus scenario. However, this is not the full version; after the tests, there will be a full progress reset, so everything will start from scratch at launch. Nevertheless, it's worth participating because the developers have prepared rewards. Achieving the appropriate level will unlock unique items that will be permanently assigned to your account.
Access to the beta is limited, and you have to sign up through the Xbox Insider Hub. This means not everyone will get in automatically, as the number of places is limited. The whole process is simple but requires a few steps in the Xbox system. After signing up and being accepted for the tests, the game will be available for download directly from the store. The beta only works on Xbox Series X and Series S and supports controller input only.
