This is the last moment to grab the October gems from the PS Plus Essential offer. On November 4, Sony will swap out the available titles, so if you haven't added them to your library yet – do it today. Just one click is enough to keep them permanently (as long as you have an active subscription, of course).
What’s worth downloading before changing your offer?
October 2025 was really strong. With PS Plus Essential, you could grab three highly acclaimed games:
Alan Wake 2 (PS5) – an atmospheric horror that received excellent reviews and proved that Remedy still knows how to scare, creating a unique atmosphere.
Goat Simulator 3 (PS5, PS4) – pure madness and total absurdity. If you need a breather after Alan Wake, this game is the perfect dose of comedy and chaos.
Cocoon (PS5, PS4) – an artistic gem from the co-creator of Limbo and Inside. Shorter but incredibly polished and full of ideas.
Why is it worth adding them, even if you don't plan to play them now?
It's simple – once assigned, games stay in your library as long as you maintain your PS Plus Essential subscription. You don't have to download them right away, just click "Add to Library". This gives you access for the future when you feel like something new.
It's worth noting that over half of players (55%) in a survey about the October lineup identified themselves as "satisfied" or "rather satisfied" – and it's not hard to see why. It's one of the stronger lineups in recent months.
The new offering for November 2025 will be available tomorrow – and it looks like Sony is preparing something really interesting. However, before that happens, make sure Alan Wake 2, Goat Simulator 3, and Cocoon are already in your library.
Don't miss out – such a trio doesn't come around often!
