Bang & Olufsen once again proves that it can combine technological perfection with craftsmanship. The Danish brand has introduced the Beosound Premiere – a premium soundbar that redefines the notion of luxury in home cinema.
Aluminium, light and 3D sound
The new Beosound Premiere is not just an audio device, but also a work of art. The casing made from pure, precisely machined aluminium houses 10 custom drivers, each with its own independent amplifier. Completing the whole is 90 LEDs, creating a subtle, "ethereal glow," particularly striking in dimly lit interiors.
Bang & Olufsen describes its new soundbar as a "three-dimensional sculpture" that reflects the three-dimensional nature of the sound generated. At the centre of the casing is a upward-firing tweeter, reminiscent of a jewel – symbolic and stunning at the same time. Its surface is adorned with 1925 micro-holes, which is a subtle nod to the year the company was founded.
Wide Stage Technology – sound beyond the frame
Beosound Premiere is the first Bang & Olufsen device featuring new Wide Stage technology. This proprietary signal processing system creates a spatial sound effect, as if additional speakers were placed around the listener. The result? Impressively wide soundstage, far exceeding the physical boundaries of the soundbar itself.
Luxury in Details
The soundbar will be available in three finishes – Natural Aluminium, Gold Tone, and Black Anthracite – and for the most demanding, a limited edition Haute Edition has been prepared. Each of the 25 copies of this version will feature a unique, hand-crafted pattern, the creation of which takes over 17 hours.
Price commensurate with the class
Luxury comes at a price – and Bang & Olufsen does not pretend otherwise.
