LG has returned to the Wallpaper series. The new OLED W6 is the successor to the distinctive, ultra-slim televisions, but this time the manufacturer has taken it a step further. The model uses second-generation Zero Connect technology, which enables picture and sound to be transmitted wirelessly.
The screen looks like a picture on the wall
The LG OLED W6 is just 9.95 mm thick. The TV can be mounted flush to the wall with no visible gap. All the electronics for connecting devices have been moved to a separate Zero Connect Box module. It wirelessly transmits both picture and sound to the TV. According to LG, the connection supports 4K at 165 Hz over distances of up to 10 metres. Importantly, the power cable still needs to be connected directly to the screen. The W6 uses an OLED panel with second-generation Tandem WOLED technology. It's the same type of panel used in this year's LG G6. The TV offers Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. Image processing is handled by the Alpha 11 AI Gen3 processor.

Our LG W6 review
It's expensive
LG unveiled the W6 early in 2026, but its sales didn't start at the same time as the other OLEDs released this year. The TV debuted earlier in the United States, while availability in Europe began in the months that followed. In Germany the W6 series officially went on sale in July. 77- and 83-inch versions are available there. LG priced them at €6,499 and €8,999. The TV is now going on sale worldwide. In Poland the W6 costs 22,999 zł for the 77-inch version and 33,000 zł for the 83-inch. It therefore remains one of the most expensive OLEDs in the manufacturer's lineup, but it offers a design you won't find in the standard G6 or C6 models.
