The biggest gaming festival in Poland. Poznań Game Arena 2025 starts this weekend!

Calendar 10/23/2025

This weekend, October 24-26, Poznań will once again become the capital of Polish gaming. The largest gaming fair in this part of Europe, Poznań Game Arena 2025, is starting. We regularly test televisions, but we know perfectly well that for many of you, the world of gaming is a priority. This year's edition of the PGA promises to be an ideal testing ground for the latest screens – and more. The organizers have focused on tremendous diversity this year, but a few program highlights attract attention more than others.

Gothic 1 Remake – this is not to be missed

For thousands of Polish players, this will probably be the most important moment of the entire fair. On the main stage, Gothic 1 Remake will be presented! It is one of the most anticipated games in Poland, and every new piece of information about the return to the Penal Colony electrifies fans. The opportunity to see the game in action, perhaps learn new details from the creators, is an absolute "must-see" of this year's event.

Surprise: Gaming Enters the Automotive World

The second big surprise is the presence of a new Chinese car brand Omoda. The company is set to showcase its idea of integrating the gaming world... with its cars. We don’t yet know if it’s about an advanced infotainment system, cloud gaming while parked, or something completely different, but we are extremely curious about how this will be implemented. This shows how deeply virtual entertainment is infiltrating every aspect of our lives.

Huge diversity, or the essence of PGA

This year's PGA is not just about these two highlights. The fair, as every year, will offer a gigantic range of attractions, confirming its position as a leader in the region. Participants can count on:

  • Game and hardware premieres: This is the perfect opportunity to see premiere and pre-premiere showcases, play the latest releases (especially from the impressive international indie zone), and test the latest gaming hardware. There will be over 1000 gaming stations at the fairgrounds.

  • Esports excitement: Guests can look forward to intense battles as part of m.in. The Polish Esports League. Tournaments will be held for hits like Counter Strike, Tekken, and even... Deluxe Ski Jump.

  • Meetings and Cosplay: The fairs are, of course, about people. Favorite streamers and YouTubers will appear at PGA, culminating in the Sunday PGA Cosplay Show contest on the Main Stage.

  • Return to roots: For fans of older titles, there will be an expanded Retro Zone, where they can play classics like Amiga or NES.

Note from the editorial team: It is with great regret that we must inform you that this year our editorial team will not be able to appear in Poznań. However, we will be closely following all reports from the fair and wish the participants an unforgettable experience!
