Samsung has just arrived in Poland with a new gadget that could redefine what a projector really is. The Premiere 5 is not just an ordinary movie projector — it's an interactive device that turns a wall into a touch screen with a diagonal of as much as 100 inches. And all of this is in Full HD with a laser heart.
Not a projector, but a laser beast
Inside, there’s a triple laser that provides coverage of 154% of the DCI-P3 color palette. In practice? The colors are so vibrant and pure that OLEDs could blush. The image is as sharp as a razor, and thanks to the Vision Booster, the projector analyzes the light in the room and automatically adjusts brightness and contrast. So whether you’re watching a movie with a lamp on or in bright sunlight – the picture always looks just right.
And most importantly: ultra-short throw. No need to rearrange the room. Just place The Premiere 5 right against the wall to enjoy a hundred-inch screen.
AI Game Mode and 32:9 Panorama
Samsung has also taken care of gamers. The projector automatically detects whether you are launching an FPS or an RPG, and adjusts the settings thanks to AI Game Mode. But that's not all — Player Panel allows you to change the aspect ratio to 21:9 or even 32:9. If your game supports ultra-wide formats, you will see much more than your opponent on a classic screen. For fans of multiplayer — a total cheat in a legal edition.
Touch Image – something that has never been seen before
The most futuristic gadget? Interactive surface.
After connecting the special touch base (included in the package!), the image becomes interactive. An IR camera and laser track the movement of your hand – you can control applications, move elements, conduct presentations, and even play simple games by touching the image itself.
It's a bit like a tablet on the wall… only one hundred inches bigger.
Dolby Atmos and Q-Symphony
Sound? It's on a high level too. Dolby Atmos plus the OTS Lite system create a spatial effect without additional speakers. If you have a Samsung soundbar, you can enable Q-Symphony – then the sound from the bar and projector works together like one home theater system. On top of that, there's the Active Voice Amplifier Pro. AI detects background noise (e.g., blender, neighbor with a drill) and automatically boosts the volume of dialogues. A small detail, but a huge difference in daily use.
SmartThings, AirPlay 2, and Ambient Mode
The Premiere 5 is not just a projector – it is a home control center.
With a built-in SmartThings hub, you can manage smart lighting, blinds, and speakers. It also works with Apple AirPlay 2, so you can stream from your iPhone with a single tap. When you're not watching movies, Ambient Mode turns your wall into a photo gallery or a minimalist screen with graphics. It's the perfect solution when you don't want a large white wall to spoil the atmosphere of your interior.
Zero cables, zero batteries
Setup is a breeze: the projector automatically aligns the image (auto keystone) and sets focus in just a few seconds. In the package, you receive a SolarCell remote that charges with light — no more batteries.
