Samsung is introducing a brand new collection of 22 artworks straight from the Art Basel Paris 2025 fair, now available in the Samsung Art Store in 4K resolution. This collaboration allows you to turn any living room into a true art gallery – without leaving your home.
The art that speaks of the present
The new collection includes works by artists from Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America – from renowned masters to the most exciting contemporary names. What they all share is a common goal: to capture the "here and now" – the emotions, conflicts, and ideas that define the year 2025.
Particular attention should be paid to the works of Pascale Marthine Tayou, such as Dreams in Giza, in which the artist addresses the theme of migration and cultural identity. Ludovic Nkoth, on the other hand, in his works The Wait and A Day’s Weight, strikes emotional chords related to the sense of belonging and diaspora. Alongside them, we will also see works by Tanja Nis-Hansen, Miao Ying, Roberta Brambory, and Jessy Razafimandimby – creators who are giving new meaning and freshness to the global art discourse.
“This collection tells the story of contemporary life – what moves artists and audiences today,” says Daria Greene, head of the curatorial department at Samsung Art Store. “The collaboration with Art Basel shows how broad, diverse, and passionate today’s art scene is.”
Technology that Becomes Art
During Art Basel Paris 2025, at the legendary Grand Palais, visitors will be able to see these works displayed on Samsung Art TV screens – and discover how technology can turn an ordinary TV into a window to the world of culture.
The event director, Clément Delépine, emphasizes:
“Art Basel is not just an exhibition of works, but primarily the conversations that arise from them. Thanks to our partnership with Samsung, these conversations can reach people around the world – in a new, truly engaging way.”
Samsung will also present a unique exhibition dedicated to Seundja Rhee – a Korean artist who has created in Paris for years, combining color, form, and emotion in a unique, lyrical abstraction.
4K Gallery in Your Home
The entire collection is now available on the Samsung Art Store in 4K UHD, and thanks to the Samsung Neo QLED display technology, every detail, color, and texture of the artwork looks like it does in a real gallery.
The platform works on all Samsung 2025 series TVs, including The Frame and The Frame Pro – models that have become icons of modern design.
The Frame Pro offers:
new Neo QLED screen with better contrast and deeper blacks,
Anti-Reflection Matte Display that eliminates glare,
the Wireless One Connect Box system with the ability to hide cables even up to 9 meters,
and fully interchangeable frames and various sizes tailored to the interior.
This year, the Art Store has also been expanded to include Neo QLED and QLED with AI models, allowing even more users to discover art in their homes – like never before.
Art and technology in one frame
Samsung once again shows that art does not have to be reserved for galleries. Thanks to Art Store and collaboration with Art Basel Paris 2025, works from the biggest art event in Europe can now be admired... on your own wall.
