The official partner of the Art Basel fair presents a new collection of digital art at the Samsung Art Store
Samsung once again combines technology with culture, announcing a new collection of digital artworks available in the Samsung Art Store. The official partner of the prestigious Art Basel 2025 in Basel has announced the premiere of as many as 38 new works, which can now be downloaded to The Frame, The Frame Pro, Neo QLED, QLED, and MICRO LED TVs. This is the largest infusion of art in the history of Samsung's partnership with Art Basel – and it makes a huge impression.
Global Diversity on the 4K Screen
The new collection has been selected from over 100 submissions from around the world. The basic criteria? Diversity of artists, techniques, and countries. For the first time in history, works from Africa are also included here, broadening the cultural and visual spectrum available to users of the platform.

The most interesting works in the Basel collection:
Roméo Mivekannin – “Young Woman with Peonies after Frédéric Bazille” (2023): a reinterpretation of the classic in a postcolonial spirit.
Basim Magdy – “Intergalactic Messenger...” (2022): a vision of utopia full of color and message.
Zandile Tshabalala – “Pink Clusters” (2024): a tribute to black femininity.
Antonia Kuo – “Willo” (2024): a diptych combining analog and digital techniques.
The collection also features icons such as Jo Baer, Kibong Rhee, and Lynn Hershman Leeson, further highlighting its significance.
ChooseTV – immersive gallery of the future
During the Art Basel fair (June 19–22), visitors will be able to enter ChooseTV – an interactive lounge created by Samsung. In this space, technology meets art: MICRO LED TVs, Neo QLED 8K, and The Frame display works with breathtaking detail.
But that's not all – ChooseTV allows you to create your own moving portraits, browse the entire offer of Art Store, and participate in discussion panels about the role of technology in art.
RM from BTS as the ambassador of Samsung Art TV
In his new role as the ambassador of Samsung Art TV, RM from the group BTS – an art enthusiast – will share his reflections on selected works available in the Art Store. His comments will be available for listening directly on the television screen. RM will also make a personal appearance at the fair in Basel, leading a special meeting dedicated to contemporary art and its place in culture.

Samsung now offers over 3500 works from 70 partnerships, including collections from Miami Beach, Hong Kong, and now Basel. The entire collection is in 4K quality, with a subscription option, and is currently available in 117 countries worldwide.
