Samsung adds SQUASHTV to its Smart TVs! The new app provides access to 2,000 PSA matches, live broadcasts and behind-the-scenes coverage from major squash tournaments.

Samsung is not slowing down when it comes to expanding its sports offerings. The company has just announced the global launch of the official SQUASHTV app on all its Smart TVs — from this year's models to many older ones running Tizen. This is another step towards a stronger focus on sports on the big screen. In recent months, Samsung has already added, among others, FloSports in the USA and RugbyPass on TV Plus in the USA and the UK. Now the same is happening with squash.

ChooseTV on Samsung TV – what does it offer?

The ChooseTV app is the official platform of the Professional Squash Association (PSA). On Samsung TVs, it provides access to:

  • over 2,000 matches live and on demand,

  • events from 35 tournaments of the PSA Squash Tour in the 2025/26 season,

  • extended highlights,

  • expert analyses,

  • interviews, podcasts, and behind-the-scenes content.

Fans will therefore receive not only streams but also a full range of content that allows them to learn more about the players, their preparations, the backdrop of the competitions, and stories about entering the world of squash. This is a significant step for the sport, which, thanks to Samsung, reaches screens in millions of homes around the world.

Samsung: more sports for free

Dan Harvie, VP of the TV division Samsung UK & Ireland, announces that the addition of SQUASHTV perfectly fits the company’s strategy:

“With free access to sports – squash, American football, rugby, wrestling, or women's soccer – we give users the opportunity to personalize content and add value alongside premium quality.”

Samsung is indeed heavily investing in free sports content and it seems that it is just getting started.

Good time to buy a TV? Black Friday speaks for itself

If someone is planning to replace their TV – Samsung gently suggests that now is the best time. Most of the manufacturer's models are heavily discounted this week, and the promotions also include Mini-LEDs, OLEDs, and cheaper models from the Crystal line.
