Roku expands its lineup with its first OLED TVs. Pro Series and Pro Series LX models are already on sale in the U.S., available in 55- and 65-inch sizes. Both series offer 4K resolution, support for Dolby Vision and gaming features, and prices on Amazon start at $899.
Two OLED series. How do they differ?
The entry-level Roku Pro Series OLED offers a 120 Hz refresh rate, while the pricier Pro Series LX supports up to 144 Hz in VRR mode. According to the manufacturer, the LX model also delivers higher brightness, a wider color gamut and more effective glare reduction.
Both models support Dolby Vision, HDR10+, Dolby Atmos and AMD FreeSync Premium. They also include four HDMI 2.1 ports, VRR and ALLM. The TVs run Roku OS and feature Smart Picture Max, which automatically adjusts picture settings to the content being watched.
How much do the new Roku TVs cost?
List prices for the entry-level Pro Series OLED are $999 for 55 inches and $1,199 for 65 inches, though lower-priced listings have already appeared on Amazon, starting at $899. The higher-end Pro Series LX is priced at $1,299 and $1,599.
The TVs are sold exclusively through Amazon in the United States. Roku has not announced plans to bring them to the Polish market yet.
