Netflix has finally launched a major refresh of its app for TVs – the first significant update since 2018. Gone is the side menu, which looked like a relic of the past. Instead, we get a new, clearer layout with a top navigation bar and a section called "My Netflix," which is meant to serve as your personal command center. Overall, it looks like a blend of convenience and modernity, exactly what has been missing for many years.

"We want Netflix to be flexible, intuitive, and responsive to users' needs," said Eunice Kim, head of product at the company. And indeed – it seems that with the new interface, they will be able to tap into the potential of such add-ons.
