LG showcases the future of heating and air conditioning. AI and heat pumps at MCE 2026

Calendar 3/24/2026

LG is entering the MCE 2026 fair in Milan with a full arsenal of HVAC solutions. The company focuses on energy efficiency, AI, and technologies tailored to European homes and businesses. This is a clear signal that the heating and air conditioning market is strongly turning towards electrification and smart systems.

Heat Pumps and Home Systems in the Spotlight

LG focuses heavily on solutions for homes, particularly heat pumps with R290 refrigerant, which has a low environmental impact. The Therma V series has been expanded with new units that combine heating, cooling, and hot water in one system. In addition, there is a modern design and touchscreen, which indicates that HVAC equipment is starting to look like smart home devices. The whole system integrates with LG ThinQ, allowing users to control the system remotely and manage energy consumption.

Air Conditioning with AI and Solutions for Business

LG is also strongly promoting air conditioners with AI, such as DUALCOOL and ARTCOOL, which analyze the conditions in the room and automatically adjust settings. This means more personalized comfort and less manual control. The systems can also monitor air quality and optimize energy consumption. In the commercial segment, there are also Multi V and VRF, which work with European ventilation systems. Additionally, there are advanced controllers and modular chillers that can be scaled for larger facilities.

LG clearly shows the direction HVAC is becoming smart, energy-efficient, and AI-based. The company is targeting the European market, where the importance of ecology and energy efficiency is growing. New solutions can make heating and air conditioning work more automatically and consume less energy.
