HP is expanding its lineup of office monitors with the Series 3 Pro 334wp G2. The unit features a 34-inch curved display with UWQHD resolution, a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, and a USB-C port that can charge a laptop with up to 90 W. The package is meant to be an affordable option for people who work with multiple windows at once.

Curved screen and 120 Hz

The HP Series 3 Pro 334wp G2 uses a VA panel with a resolution of 3440 × 1440 pixels and a 21:9 aspect ratio. The screen has a 1500R curvature, a 3500:1 contrast ratio and 300 nits of brightness. The manufacturer also specifies a 5 ms GtG response time.

A refresh rate of up to 120 Hz is meant to provide smoother document scrolling and more comfortable everyday work. However, the monitor does not support HDR, so it is primarily aimed at office use rather than demanding multimedia users.

USB-C 90 W and pricing

The device's biggest advantage is USB-C supporting video, data transfer and laptop power delivery up to 90 W. It also includes HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.2, three USB-A ports and two 5 W speakers.

The stand allows height adjustment with a 100 mm range, as well as screen tilt and swivel. A VESA 100 x 100 mm mount is also available.

The HP Series 3 Pro 334wp G2 has been priced at $329 in the U.S. The manufacturer offers a three-year warranty, but has not yet announced an official price or sales date in Poland.
