AOC Q27G4ZDP/WS: New OLED monitor 280Hz with brightness of 1500 nits

Calendar 1/23/2026

AOC introduces its latest flagship monitor for gamers – model Q27G4ZDP/WS. The monitor is based on the latest 4th generation WOLED panel from LG Display, offering not only extreme 280Hz refresh rate but also groundbreaking HDR brightness. This is one of the strongest offerings in the QHD segment for 2026.

New Generation OLED

The biggest drawback of OLEDs has always been brightness. AOC solves this problem by packing a 4th generation WOLED panel (RGB Tandem) inside. In HDR mode, the monitor can "hit" brightness levels of 1500 nits. This is a result that was recently reserved for top-tier TVs, and now it finds its way to gamers' desks. Importantly, the monitor features a matte coating that finally allows you to stop seeing your reflection on the screen during dark scenes in games.

For fans of Counter-Strike or Valorant, the numbers are unforgiving but calm. AOC's new product does not lag behind here: 280Hz refresh rate and an abstractly low response time of 0.03 ms (GtG). There is no talk of any ghosting or delays here. The whole thing supports a full HDMI 2.1 connection (48Gbps).

Appearance and Accessories

AOC Q27G4ZDP/WS stands out with a minimalist design featuring bezels just 1.8 mm thick. The ergonomic base allows for full adjustments: height up to 130 mm, tilt, swivel, and pivot for vertical use. The monitor is now available in official distribution, and its specifications place it among the top gaming monitors of the year.
