The market still lacks good 5K and 6K monitors, but Acer intends to change that. The new series ProCreator PE0 will feature models for both graphic designers and video creators – with resolutions ranging from 5K to 6K, and even OLED alternatives with 240 Hz.
6K like Apple, but without local dimming?
Acer enters the premium monitor market with a bang. The new ProCreator PE0 line is for those who don't accept compromises – 6K, 5K, QD-OLED, and OLED in all their glory. Leading the pack is the PE320QXT, a 32-inch behemoth with a resolution of 6016 × 3384 pixels – exactly the same as the Apple Pro Display XDR, though without local dimming LED. Next to it is the PE270XT with a 5K screen (5120 × 2880), designed for editors and graphic designers who need a perfect view of every detail.
Both models offer 99% coverage of AdobeRGB and DCI-P3, Delta E < 1, DisplayHDR 600 certification, and in addition, a touch interface, an 8 MP camera for video conferencing, and an adjustable ErgoStand base, allowing you to set the screen exactly as you want. These are not just gimmicks – they are a set of tools that genuinely enhance work comfort.
However, don’t be fooled by the HDR slogans – due to the IPS LCD panels, these monitors shine primarily in SDR, where accuracy matters, not flashiness. And this is where they really excel.
OLED also in the offer – QD-OLED 240 Hz and mobile OLED 16"
In the same line, there will also be a model with a QD-OLED 4K (10-bit, 240 Hz) – ProCreator PE320QK X. For mobile users, Acer has prepared a 16-inch PE160WU OLED with a resolution of 2880 × 1800 and a refresh rate of 120 Hz – perfect for work in the field.
