LG once again returns to the Wallpaper series. The new OLED W6 is the successor to the distinctive TVs with an exceptionally slim design, but this time the manufacturer has gone one step further. The model uses the second generation of Zero Connect technology, which allows picture and sound to be transmitted wirelessly.
The screen looks like a picture on the wall
The LG OLED W6 is only 9.95 mm thick. The TV can be mounted directly on the wall with no visible gap. All the electronics that handle device connections have been moved to a separate Zero Connect Box module. It wirelessly transmits video and audio to the TV. According to LG, the connection allows 4K at 165 Hz transmission from up to 10 meters away. Importantly, the power cord still needs to be connected directly to the screen. The W6 uses an OLED panel with second-generation Tandem WOLED technology. This is the same type of panel used in this year’s LG G6. The TV supports Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. Image processing is handled by the Alpha 11 AI Gen3 processor.

Our review of the LG W6
It's expensive
LG unveiled the W6 at the beginning of 2026, but its sales didn't start at the same time as the other OLEDs this year. In the United States the TV debuted earlier, while in Europe it became available in the following months. In Germany the W6 series officially went on sale in July. 77- and 83-inch versions are available there. LG priced them at €6,499 and €8,999, respectively. The TV is now entering the market worldwide. In Poland the W6 costs PLN 22,999 for the 77-inch version and PLN 33,000 for the 83-inch. It therefore remains one of the most expensive OLEDs in the manufacturer's lineup, but in return it offers a design you won't find in the standard G6 or C6 models.
