Every month brings new game releases, but only one can earn the title of the PlayStation community's favourite. Sony has once again handed the vote to players by launching a new edition of the Players' Choice poll. In the poll you can indicate the title that made the biggest impression among June releases. It will be the players' opinions that decide which game receives the accolade. Voting will run for a limited time and will conclude with the announcement of the official winner.
Players will choose the best June 2026 release
Sony has launched another edition of the Players' Choice programme, in which the PlayStation community picks the best game released in the previous month. This time the vote covers releases from June 2026. The list of nominees includes titles representing various genres. Among them are The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales, Dead or Alive 6 Last Round and NBA The Run. These are not the only games taking part in the poll. The PlayStation Blog editors prepare a list of the month's most important releases, from which players choose their favourite. Each participant can cast a vote for only one title. Sony encourages voters to base their choice on their own impressions of the gameplay and to pick the title they would most recommend to others. Ordinary re-releases of older games are not eligible. The exception is full remakes that have been rebuilt from the ground up. This ensures the poll mainly features the month's biggest and most significant releases. The voting result will show which game gained the most acclaim among the PlayStation community.
Results will be announced after voting closes
After the poll closes, all votes will be counted by the PlayStation Blog team. Sony will then announce the winner on its official channels and website. The Players' Choice poll is held regularly at the end of each month, allowing players to highlight the titles they feel most deserve attention. The results often show that the community's opinions differ from reviewers' ratings. For developers, such recognition provides additional publicity and confirmation of player interest. The poll itself does not come with prizes for voters, but it is an opportunity to show which releases have truly resonated with the community. In the months that follow, Sony will run further editions of Players' Choice covering new releases, so players regularly influence which of the most interesting games appear on PlayStation consoles.
