Not every weekend release has to be completely new. Netflix regularly brings back iconic titles that, despite the years, remain hugely popular. The third suggestion is A League of Their Own from 1992. The film tells the story of a women's baseball league formed during World War II. Despite more than three decades passing, it still manages to engage new viewers. Netflix increasingly highlights such classic productions alongside its latest releases. As a result, the platform's library offers both contemporary hits and timeless films. The weekend is a good opportunity to return to tried-and-tested titles or discover them for the first time. All three productions are films that, over the years, have gained a loyal following and still remain worth watching.
