Forza Horizon 6 has officially debuted on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC. The new installment of the popular racing series from Playground Games takes players to Japan and offers the largest and most diverse map in the history of the franchise.

Japan Becomes the New Center of the Horizon Festival

Forza Horizon 6 allows players to explore a vast open world inspired by Japan. Players will visit both bustling cities and mountainous routes, small villages, as well as atmospheric roads filled with neon and car culture. The creators have prepared over 550 cars and the most extensive map in the history of the series. There are also new community activities, expanded garages, Car Meets, and the Collection Journal system related to exploring the game world.

Forza Horizon 6 is available through Xbox Game Pass on both consoles and PC. Microsoft has also provided the ability to play via Xbox Cloud Gaming on supported devices. The release on PlayStation 5 has been confirmed for a later date this year, which is yet another example of Microsoft's increasingly broad strategy related to releasing its games outside the Xbox ecosystem.
