Sony Interactive Entertainment has published a new episode of the official PlayStation podcast, which features fresh information about upcoming games and news for PS5 users and PlayStation Plus.
New information about Saros and Ghost of Yōtei
One of the main topics of the podcast was Saros, which is a new production from Housemarque. The creators talked among other things about the system of successive approaches and the behind-the-scenes of creating the main character Arjuna. The podcast also featured Darren Bridges from Sucker Punch Productions, who revealed new details regarding the endgame raids in Ghost of Yōtei. The Legends mode is set to heavily emphasise player cooperation and expanded cooperative challenges.
Sony also reminded everyone about the May PlayStation Plus offerings. The catalogue will include, among others: Star Wars Outlaws, Red Dead Redemption 2, The Thaumaturge, and Time Crisis.
The podcast also mentioned several upcoming releases on PlayStation 5. Among them were: Darksiders: Warmastered Edition, Coffee Talk Tokyo, Warhammer 40,000: Speed Freeks, and LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. Sony also showcased the new officially licensed Scuf Omega PS5 Controller, which offers extensive personalisation options and as many as 28 different control inputs.
The new episode of the PlayStation podcast brought more information about the games Saros and Ghost of Yōtei, new PS5 releases, and the May offer of PlayStation Plus. Sony is ramping up the promotion of its upcoming productions.
