Apple has announced a major event in Apple Arcade related to the popular animated series Bluey. From May 21, the characters from the show will appear in several well-known mobile games available with an Apple subscription.
Bluey takes over popular games on Apple Arcade
A special crossover event will feature five games: Crossy Road Castle, Suika Game+, stitch., puffies. and Disney Coloring World+. Each of these will include new activities, levels, and themes inspired by the world of Bluey. The biggest changes have been prepared for Crossy Road Castle, where players will visit Bluey and Bingo's home, full of obstacles, traps, and new characters. The game will also allow players to unlock characters from the series and complete levels cooperatively with up to four players. In other titles, players will be able to assemble puzzles, colour illustrations, or complete special tasks related to the series.
Apple Arcade is getting new games in June
Apple has also confirmed the release of four new titles that will be added to the service on June 4th. The biggest addition will be Mini Football Legends, an arcade football game that allows players to build their own team and compete both solo and in multiplayer. Joining Apple Arcade are also My Talking Tom 2+, Coffee Inc 2+, and FreeCell Solitaire: Card Game+. Apple also reminds that some Arcade games can already be tested for free without an active subscription.
Apple Arcade is heavily focused on family events and well-known brands. The partnership with Bluey aims to attract younger players and families while the platform continuously expands its catalogue with more premium games without ads and microtransactions.
