Hey, my name is Maciej and I've spent my entire professional life working with display devices - TVs, monitors and projectors.

I'm the founder of skalibrujtv.pl, a company specialising in professional screen calibration. Both consumer and professional. This gives me a clear understanding of where proper colour reproduction ends and where the 'boosted' image intended for retail display begins.

Testing and calibrating displays is somewhat like tuning an instrument - when everything is set up correctly, the image looks exactly as the director intended. And that’s what we expect from home screens.

In my free time, I indulge in my sports passions: skiing, motorsport and strength training, as well as technology literature.
