85-inch Hisense TVs – Test Rankings

Available screen sizes: 50”, 55”, 65”, 75”, 85”, 100”

Technology: LCD VA, Mini-LED PFS LED

Brand: HISENSE

Verdict:

Hisense U7S is the latest iteration of the U7 series, whose biggest advantage remains its price-to-quality ratio. You get a Mini LED TV with local dimming, which really improves black levels and gives the picture depth for evening viewing. During the day, the generous brightness headroom is useful, so you don't have to immediately cover the windows. It's not a device without compromises, but as an...

Technology: LCD VA, Mini-LED RGB

Brand: HISENSE

Verdict:

The Hisense UR8S is, above all, a very versatile high-end TV that performs well or very well in most use cases. It’s not a model aimed solely at movies, gaming, or watching in a bright living room. Its biggest advantage is that it can combine all those things in one chassis without any single, clearly weak point. In terms of picture, the UR8S has a lot to offer. Contrast is high, HDR can look very...

Available screen sizes: 65”, 75”, 85”

Technology: LCD VA, Mini-LED RGB

Brand: HISENSE

Verdict:

The Hisense UR9S is without a doubt one of the more interesting launches this year, though not necessarily for the reasons the manufacturer emphasizes most. Admittedly, the first RGB Mini LED backlight in both the brand’s history and this series looks impressive in measurements, but in practice the TV’s main strength is simply that it’s well refined. It’s clear Hisense learned from previous models...

Technology: LCD VA, Mini-LED QLED

Brand: HISENSE

Verdict:

Hisense U7S Pro is, without a doubt, a successful model, but built for specific tasks. Its absolute domain is bright, sunlit living rooms. Thanks to its massive brightness (over 2200 nits in HDR) and matte panel, during the day you can count on a comfortable picture, without squinting or fighting reflections. This great daytime form goes hand in hand with rich features. You get excellent upscaling...

Verdict:

The Hisense E7Q PRO is a television that clearly shows where the manufacturer has set its priorities. It is not a model focused on impressive HDR or cinematic fireworks in a dark living room. This is equipment tailored for universal use, with a strong emphasis on gaming and everyday streaming content viewing at a very attractive price. The biggest disappointment remains the abandonment of local di...

Verdict:

The Hisense E7Q / E79Q is a type of television that doesn't promise miracles – and maybe that's why it can pleasantly surprise. It doesn't try to pretend to be high-end equipment; it simply does its job. If you're looking for a cheap screen for everything that can handle Netflix, a console, and morning YouTube while having coffee, this model makes a lot of sense. The VIDAA system has matured over ...

Technology: LCD VA, Mini-LED QLED

Brand: HISENSE

Verdict:

The Hisense U8Q is a television that makes it hard not to feel that the manufacturer approached the topic with the ambition of a top student. The picture is strong, vibrant, and contrasty – as if shouting: "look, I can do more than most at this price!" And indeed, there’s something to that. The secret lies in the large number of dimming zones in Mini-LED technology. Thanks to them, HDR doesn’t end...

Verdict:

The U7Q PRO is a television that, after just a few minutes, gives a clear signal: "speed matters here." Hisense surprised us with how much they managed to pack into a device that doesn’t cost a fortune. A refreshing rate of 165 Hz in 4K, and even 288 Hz in Full HD – not that long ago, such numbers were reserved exclusively for top gaming monitors. And here you go, we have a mid-range television wi...

Verdict:

The Hisense U7Q is one of the most interesting Mini-LED televisions in its price segment, clearly showing that Hisense is really starting to matter in the market not only because of the price-to-capabilities ratio but also due to its increasingly refined picture quality. Let’s start with what truly impresses: the contrast and black levels are at a level that was recently unattainable in this price...
