Microsoft is preparing a special edition of its current console to mark the 25th anniversary of the Xbox brand. Such a high price will therefore be mainly the cost of the console's unique look and collectible character. Microsoft plans to launch the Xbox Series X25 in November 2026, which could place the console on the market right in the holiday shopping season. The company has also confirmed the option to buy additional controllers separately, but their price has not yet been disclosed.
