TCL unveils a new generation of TVs and monitors. The manufacturer is targeting the premium segment.

TCL held an event in Paris showcasing its most important new products for the European market in 2026. The manufacturer unveiled a new line of SQD-Mini LED TVs, its first flagship OLED+ monitors, and additional models using QD-Mini LED technology. The company made it clear it intends to compete with the largest manufacturers not only in the TV segment but also in monitors for gamers and professionals. The new devices aim to combine high image quality with modern features that improve user comfort. All launches are part of a strategy to further strengthen TCL's position in the European consumer electronics market.

New SQD-Mini LED TVs are set to deliver an even better picture

One of the main highlights of the event was the new TVs using SQD-Mini LED technology, an evolution of classic Mini LED. The manufacturer promises better backlight control, a wider color gamut and higher brightness. Thanks to the new solutions, the TVs should handle HDR content even better and offer more precise color reproduction. TCL also emphasizes the development of Super Quantum Dot technology, which is intended to increase coverage of the color space used in modern video content. The new models are aimed at both home users and gamers seeking smooth, high-frame-rate performance. The manufacturer is also developing features related to intelligent image processing and support for modern HDR standards. With the launch of the new TVs, TCL wants to further strengthen its presence in the premium segment. The company has been consistently investing in Mini LED technology development for several years, which remains one of the pillars of its lineup. All signs point to this direction continuing to be developed in future generations of TVs.

TCL steps up its game in the monitor market

At the event the manufacturer also showed, for the first time in Europe, its flagship OLED+ monitor, which is set to compete with the most advanced designs on the market. Alongside it, new models using QD-Mini LED and Mini LED technologies were unveiled, aimed at both gamers and people working in graphics or video editing. Among the devices shown were the ultrawide 57R94 Dual 4K QD-Mini LED monitor and new 27-inch models. TCL emphasizes that expanding into monitors is a natural extension of the company’s many years of experience in panel production and display technologies. The manufacturer aims to offer solutions that deliver high image quality for gaming as well as everyday work. The new monitors are designed to stand out with high brightness, accurate color reproduction, and modern technologies that improve user comfort. The company also plans to further expand its premium monitor lineup in Europe. Everything suggests TCL intends to step up competition with the biggest brands beyond the TV segment.

At the TCL Paris Launch 2026 event, the company unveiled a new generation of SQD Mini-LED TVs and its first flagship OLED+ monitors for the European market. It clearly aims to strengthen its position in both the premium TV segment and in monitors for gamers and professionals.
