According to the latest market data, TCL has held the position as the world’s largest Mini-LED TV maker. In 2025 the company delivered nearly four million Mini-LED-equipped units, translating to more than a 31% share of the global market. This is the second consecutive year the manufacturer has taken first place in this category. Mini-LED technology is currently one of the most important directions for premium TV development, as it enables significantly better contrast, higher brightness and more precise backlight control.
TCL has long invested in developing this solution and was among the first companies to bring such TVs to market at scale. The brand is also performing very well in the large-screen segment. TVs with screen sizes of 75 inches and up are increasingly popular with customers who want to create a cinema-like experience at home. In this category TCL has been the global leader for a third consecutive year. In 2025 the company sold almost five million of these units. This shows that demand for large TVs remains strong, and consumers are increasingly choosing larger screen sizes over traditional models. TCL has been developing its cooperation with the American tech giant for years, integrating the system with its own picture and sound technologies. As a result, users get not only modern Smart TV features but also advanced display technologies. The manufacturer also highlights its further plans to expand SQD-Mini LED TVs into additional regions worldwide. The company also intends to leverage its role as a partner of the Olympic and Paralympic movement to promote new solutions.
