The Heyah 01 brand officially disappears from the Polish market. As of February 23, the offer will cease to operate, and all existing users will be transferred to another sub-brand belonging to T-Mobile Polska. This is the formal closure of a project that had already been winding down. The process of withdrawing the offer began in June 2025. From that point on, new customers could no longer activate subscriptions. Now, the operator is completing the migration of remaining users.
Automatic transfer to Red Bull Mobile
All Heyah 01 customers will be transferred to Red Bull Mobile. T-Mobile announces that on the day of migration, there may be a brief interruption in service access, but the number and continuity of service are to be maintained. Until now, Heyah 01 offered two options: 19.99 PLN per month for unlimited calls and SMS and 20 GB of internet or 29.99 PLN for a package with 40 GB of data. In Red Bull Mobile, the prices are slightly rounded down to 19 PLN and 29 PLN per month. Additionally, the operator will grant customers a one-time bonus of 100 GB of internet for 30 days.
What if someone doesn't want to transition?
Individuals who do not accept the new terms can cancel the service according to the rules or simply not pay for the next billing period. The operator is not introducing mandatory long-term contracts as part of this migration.
The disappearance of Heyah 01 is more of a portfolio reorganization than an actual reduction in services. T-Mobile is consolidating its brands by moving customers to Red Bull Mobile, which is set to take on the role of the budget subscription in the operator's offering. For users, the change primarily means a new logo and minor price adjustments, without losing their number or access to services.
