The latest database update shows that Apple takes the development of 3D cinema very seriously.
The biggest movie hits are appearing in the library
In recent months, the collection has added titles such as Super Mario Galaxy Movie, Zootopia 2, Tron: Ares, Jurassic World: Rebirth, and Superman. The database also includes popular Marvel productions, such as Deadpool & Wolverine, Thunderbolts* and The Fantastic Four: First Steps. There are also animations from Disney and Pixar, including Moana 2, Inside Out 2, and Toy Story 4. Apple also offers classic 3D films, IMAX documentaries, and productions using High Frame Rate technology.
Vision Pro remains the only place for next-generation 3D movies
At this moment, all of these materials are available exclusively on Apple Vision Pro. Importantly, individuals who have purchased movies in the Apple TV app often receive the 3D versions at no additional cost. Apple leverages the capabilities of the headset's displays to create an effect that contemporary televisions do not offer. As a result, Vision Pro has now become the largest platform for modern 3D cinema at home. An increasing number of available titles suggests that the company intends to continue investing in this segment and gradually expand its offerings with additional productions.
