The film impresses with its enormous production scale, special effects, and unique vision of the science fiction world. It's one of those productions that is best watched on the big screen, but even after years, it still makes a huge impression.
Gladiator (2000)
This historical spectacle directed by Ridley Scott tells the story of Roman general Maximus, who is betrayed and ends up in captivity, becoming a gladiator. The film won 5 Oscars, including Best Picture and for Russell Crowe for Best Actor. The production is still considered one of the best historical spectacles in the history of cinema. Spectacular battle scenes, great music, and an emotional story of revenge make "Gladiator" still a great watch.
Die Hard (1988)
A classic action movie with Bruce Willis as John McClane is a film that forever changed the thriller genre. The story takes place in a single skyscraper, which is taken over by a group of terrorists led by the charismatic Hans Gruber, played by Alan Rickman.
