In this flood, it's easy to miss games that once received great reviews but are rarely featured on the front pages of services today. It’s a shame because some of them can draw you in more than the latest blockbusters. Here are three titles that may have slipped your attention but still offer a unique experience.
Lost in Random
A dark fairy tale in the style of Tim Burton that combines action, card game elements, and dice rolling as a key combat mechanism. Sounds strange? And that's exactly what works. The game enchants with its atmosphere, location designs, and narrative. The combat system requires planning, as attacks depend on the outcome of the dice roll and played cards. It's one of the most original productions in the Game Pass catalog, while also being one of the least discussed. Perfect if you're tired of generic open worlds.
The Forgotten City
It started as a mod for Skyrim and ended up as one of the best-written detective games in recent years. The action takes place in an ancient city where one rule applies: if one person sins, everyone dies. The time loop mechanic allows experimentation with dialogues and decisions. It is a game based on conversations, deduction, and consequences. There are no epic bosses here. There is tension, philosophy, and a great script.
