BenQ introduces new QD-OLED monitors up to 540 Hz and DisplayPort 2.1!

Calendar 9/22/2025

BenQ MOBIUZ QD-OLED 2026 – up to 540Hz, 4K, DisplayPort 2.1. Gaming monitors with 0.03ms response time and factory calibration.

The OLED monitor market is picking up pace, and BenQ has just announced three new models from the MOBIUZ EX series for 2026. This is a strong entry into the QD-OLED segment, where the company aims to compete with Asus and Samsung.

QD-OLED, 540 Hz and extremely low response time

New models – EX271UZ, EX321UZ and EX271QZ – offer sizes from 27 to 32 inches, resolutions of QHD or 4K, refresh rates reaching 540 Hz, and 99% DCI-P3 coverage (with select support for Adobe RGB).

Response time? Just 0.03 ms GtG. Additionally, there is support for FreeSync Premium Pro and factory calibration of DeltaE<2.

Interestingly, the model EX271QZ officially supports up to 540 Hz – more than the standard 500 Hz for this QD-OLED panel. This may suggest that BenQ is working on an improved version ahead of its launch in 2026.

DisplayPort 2.1 and gaming at 4K/240Hz

The largest of the announced models – 32-inch EX321UZ – will be equipped with DisplayPort 2.1 (80 Gbps), allowing it to drive an image at 4K at 240 Hz.

The smaller EX271UZ also offers 4K, but only with DP 1.4 (DSC) and HDMI 2.1.

Prices and Availability

The monitors will be available for sale in Q1 2026.
