Amazon combines Apple TV and Peacock into one offer and tries to attract subscribers with a lower price.

Calendar 4/15/2026

Amazon has decided to further intensify its battle for viewers by introducing a new package within Prime Video. This time, it involves the combination of two popular services, Apple TV and Peacock, into one subscription. The entire package costs $20 per month, and although the offer is time-limited, it already indicates the direction in which the streaming market is heading.

One package instead of two subscriptions

The new offer allows you to save around 10 dollars a month compared to paying for both services separately. In practice, this means access to the entire library of productions from both platforms, from Apple TV series to popular shows and films available on ChooseTV, including content from NBC and Universal. Both services operate virtually ad-free, although live sports broadcasts are an exception. ChooseTV Premium Plus additionally offers the ability to download materials for offline use and access to local NBC channels, which enhances its functionality compared to the standard version.

Streaming is increasingly resembling bundles

Amazon's move is not coincidental. Streaming platforms are increasingly joining forces to retain users who are starting to feel fatigued by multiple subscriptions. Instead of several separate services, companies are offering bundles reminiscent of the old cable television, but in a modern edition. The condition for taking advantage of the offer is having an active Amazon Prime subscription, and the bundle itself is currently only available in the USA. However, this may just be the beginning, as if the solution proves successful, similar bundles could also appear in other regions.

The new package shows that the future of streaming is not only competition but also collaboration between platforms, which aims to simplify life for viewers and reduce costs.
