Microsoft has prepared another edition of the Free Play Days program, which allows players to try selected titles for free for a limited time. This time, the offer includes both classic brands and newer action games. Among the available titles are races inspired by Formula 1, a zombie survival game, a remaster of a cult shooter, and a space shooter full of absurd humour. Some games are available to all Xbox account holders, regardless of subscription. Others require an active Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, or Essential subscription. The promotion will last until the end of the weekend.
Gears of War and High on Life 2 for all players
The biggest attraction is undoubtedly Gears of War: Reloaded, which is a refreshed version of the first instalment of the legendary series. Players can check out the complete remaster featuring all expansions, multiplayer maps, and a bonus part of the campaign. Additionally, Microsoft has also made High on Life 2 available in the form of a five-hour free trial. The production allows players to take on the role of a hero fighting against an intergalactic conspiracy with the help of talking weapons and unique humour.
Dying Light and Formula Legends on Game Pass
Xbox Game Pass subscribers can play Dying Light and Formula Legends. Dying Light from the Polish studio Techland is a renowned survival horror game set in an open world full of zombies and featuring a dynamic parkour system. Formula Legends, on the other hand, focuses on racing inspired by the history of Formula 1, offering legendary cars and tracks from various motorsport eras. All progress, achievements, and trophies earned will be retained after purchasing the full version of the game.
The end of May brings an exceptionally strong Free Play Days offer. The chance to try out Gears of War: Reloaded, Dying Light, or High on Life 2 for free gives Xbox owners plenty of reasons to jump back into gaming this weekend.
