Xbox Game Pass is losing great games. You only have time until 30 November!

Calendar 11/18/2025

Xbox Game Pass is losing great games! Octopath Traveler, Lords of The Fallen and more will leave on November 30. Check the list and play them before they’re gone.

Microsoft has confirmed another rotation in Xbox Game Pass, and this time a really great set of titles is leaving the catalogue. If you like to get the most out of your subscription, you'd better get ready for a quick catch-up — because there's not much time left.

These games will be leaving Game Pass on 30 November

On 30 November, the following titles will be leaving:

  • Barbie Project Friendship

  • Lords Of The Fallen

  • Octopath Traveler

  • Octopath Traveler 2

  • SteamWorld Build

All titles will be removed simultaneously from both console and PC versions. There will be no exceptions, no “I’ll play on another platform” — they will simply disappear from the subscription.

Octopath Traveler 1 and 2 — jRPGs you need to catch up on

The biggest loss this rotation is undoubtedly Octopath Traveler and Octopath Traveler 2. These are outstanding jRPGs from Square Enix that impress with their “HD-2D” atmosphere, tactical battles, and well-written stories of eight heroes.

If you enjoy team planning, tougher skirmishes, and immersing yourself in classic adventures for dozens of hours — you have one last chance to play them at no extra cost.

Lords of The Fallen and SteamWorld Build — worth at least giving a go

Lords of The Fallen is a brutal, dark action-RPG that can really test the patience of fans of soulslike games. It's one of those games that "click" only after a few hours — so it's worth checking if it's for you before it drops off the subscription.

On the other hand, SteamWorld Build is a very successful mix of city builder and economic strategy. Light, accessible, yet capable of pulling you in for long sessions.

And if there are younger players at home, Barbie Project Friendship might turn out to be a nice, casual option for family gaming.

Last call — and 20% off before removal

Microsoft typically offers a minimum of 20% off on games leaving the subscription. If any of these titles particularly grabbed your attention, now is a good time to add them to your library permanently.

The November rotation is one of the more painful ones in recent months. While there are still plenty of great games in Game Pass, losing Octopath Travelers and Lords of The Fallen is a heavy blow. If you want to get the most out of the subscription — act now, because after 30th November, it will be too late.
