AOC has launched the new U32U4D monitor, aimed primarily at graphic designers, photographers and video editors. The device features a 31.5-inch QD-OLED panel with 4K resolution, a 120 Hz refresh rate and factory colour calibration. It also includes advanced HDR support.
QD-OLED with factory calibration
The AOC U32U4D uses a QD-OLED panel with a five-layer emissive structure, offering a resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The manufacturer claims a 0.03 ms GtG response time and native 10-bit colour depth.
The monitor’s biggest advantage, however, is said to be its precise colour reproduction. The panel covers 100% of the sRGB gamut, 99% of DCI-P3 and 97% of Adobe RGB. Each unit undergoes factory calibration, and the average Delta E colour deviation in sRGB mode does not exceed 1.
The monitor has also received DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification. Peak brightness can reach 1000 nits with a 3% test window. The matte DarkShield coating is designed to reduce reflections and improve the appearance of blacks in bright rooms.
USB-C 96 W and price
It comes with HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4, a USB hub and a USB-C port capable of charging a laptop at up to 96 W under certain conditions. The monitor also supports KVM functionality, allowing you to control two computers with a single keyboard and mouse.
The AOC U32U4D is already available in China for 6,332 yuan (about 3,700 zł). With promotions and local rebates the price can fall to around 5,249 yuan (about 3,000 zł). So far the manufacturer has not confirmed the monitor’s launch or price in Poland.
