Your LG TV as a digital canvas? New graphics in Gallery+ mode, but not for a everyone.

Calendar 2/15/2026

LG has decided to breathe a little more life into its televisions when they are not displaying series or matches. Thanks to a collaboration with the Sedition platform, the LG Gallery+ service has been enriched with over 300 new contemporary artworks. These are not just ordinary "wallpapers" – the collection includes ambitious graphics, video animations, and works that utilize artificial intelligence and biometric data. The whole idea is to make the television in the living room a dynamic image that we can adjust to the mood or decor of the interior.

From Classics to Modern Experiments

Among the new arrivals are series prepared exclusively for LG device owners. There, we can see works by Mat Collishaw (one of the important figures in British art) and digital sculptures by Diego Castro, which mix the world of technology with nature. The entire Gallery+ catalog now features over 5000 items – from traditional painting to gaming atmospheres. Interestingly, the system now allows adding appropriate musical backgrounds to the artwork, which aims to help create a specific atmosphere at home. However, the service requires the latest webOS 25, so it will be available to owners of new models or those that have received an update.

28 countries on the list, but Poland is missing...

And here we come to the least pleasant part of this news. LG announced that the new collection from Sedition is reaching 28 countries. Almost all of Europe is included on the list – from Germany and France to Slovakia and Estonia, all the way to Iceland. Unfortunately, Poland is not on this list. Why has our country been overlooked, even though our direct neighbors can already test the new features? Official communications are silent on this matter. We can only hope that this is a temporary situation and that someone at the headquarters will soon remember Polish users.
