Fans of Sneaky Sasquatch have reason to be pleased, because the game has just received a special batch of new content. The title available on Apple Arcade has teamed up with Subway Surfers+, bringing signature elements from both games into one world. Players can unlock new skins and boards and check out a modified level full of nods to Sasquatch Valley. But that’s only the start of the fun, because a major birdwatching update arrives on September 17. The developers have also prepared birthday stickers so fans can celebrate another game anniversary in the Messages app.
Sneaky Sasquatch steps into the world of Subway Surfers+
The Sneaky Sasquatch and Subway Surfers+ crossover is now available to Apple Arcade players. The special content will remain in the game until October 7. During that time, players can try a modified level inspired by locations from Sasquatch Valley. The developers have added four new character skins that can be unlocked during the event. There are also two special hoverboards. The signature golden coins have been replaced by items featuring a raccoon motif. The guard also received a park ranger outfit. The whole thing is designed to blend Subway Surfers' signature style with elements from Sneaky Sasquatch. So the crossover is more than just a change to the look of a few items. Players get a special version of the level that offers a completely different perspective on the familiar formula. The developers say this collaboration is just one of several attractions planned for fans of the game. Sneaky Sasquatch will continue to receive updates in the coming months.
New update will let you become a real birdwatcher
An even bigger update arrives on September 17 and focuses on birdwatching. More than 30 different species will appear in the world of Sneaky Sasquatch for players to find while exploring. Players will be able to photograph the birds they encounter. Photos can then be submitted to a birdwatcher to add new species to a special database. Various rewards are planned for progress. Finding the right animal won't be enough, because the quality of the photo will also matter. The game will judge, among other things, the composition of the shot and how the observed bird is captured. Extra points can be earned for especially rare species. There is also a bonus for photographing a bird that hasn't been logged before. Players who manage to capture more than one bird in a single photo will receive even more points. The system is designed to encourage careful exploration of the world and patient searching for the right opportunities. In addition to the new mechanics, 11 birthday stickers tied to Sneaky Sasquatch are available. They can be used in the Messages app to mark another anniversary of the game in its signature style.
Sneaky Sasquatch has received another big batch of content on Apple Arcade.
