Samsung officially presented the world's first 130-inch Micro RGB television. The R95H model debuted at CES 2026 and is the largest Micro RGB screen in the company's history, setting a new direction in terms of image quality and design in the ultra-premium segment.
As emphasized by Hun Lee, Executive Vice President of Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics, Micro RGB is the pinnacle achievement of Samsung's imaging technology. The new model aims to connect with the original design philosophy of the company from over a decade ago, merging top-tier technology with a form that itself becomes an element of interior decor.
Design that turns a TV into an architectural element
The 130-inch Micro RGB stands out with its monumental scale and new approach to design. Samsung intentionally designed it to resemble not a classic TV, but a massive, immersive "window" that optically enlarges the space. The Timeless Frame has been used here – a modern interpretation of the Timeless Gallery concept from 2013. The slim, refined frame inspired by architecture gives the impression that the screen is floating within its housing. The TV simultaneously functions as an artistic center of the living room, and the sound integrated with the frame has been precisely matched to the size of the screen, creating a cohesive whole between the image and audio.
Micro RGB at its Best
The new model utilizes the most advanced Micro RGB solutions that Samsung has developed to date. The image processing is handled by the Micro RGB AI Engine Pro, supported by the Micro RGB Color Booster Pro and Micro RGB HDR Pro. AI algorithms enhance color saturation, contrast, and details in both bright and very dark scenes, providing high image realism.
The television offers Micro RGB Precision Color 100, or 100% coverage of the BT.2020 color space. The accuracy of color reproduction has been certified by VDE (Verband der Elektrotechnik), confirming precise color control and their natural appearance. Additionally, Glare Free technology has been implemented, which reduces reflections and improves image readability in various lighting conditions.
AI, sound, and next-generation features
The 130-inch Micro RGB supports the HDR10+ ADVANCED standard and the Eclipsa Audio system, providing an even better audiovisual experience. Also onboard is the enhanced Vision AI Companion, which enables conversational search, intelligent recommendations, and access to AI-based functions and applications.
Among them are AI Football Mode Pro, AI Sound Controller Pro, Live Translate, Generative Wallpaper, as well as integrations with Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity. Samsung announces that the new model is intended not only to be a screen but also a hub for smart entertainment and information. The 130-inch Micro RGB TV will be showcased in Samsung's exhibition area during CES 2026 in Las Vegas. This demonstrates the company's technological capabilities and is a clear signal of the direction Samsung wants to take in developing the most exclusive segment of TVs.
