Xbox Game Pass is exploding with offers. Will February 2026 go down in history?

Calendar 2/18/2026

Microsoft has officially unveiled the second wave of games as part of Xbox Game Pass, and it's difficult to describe this as just a regular catalogue update. This is one of the strongest line-ups in recent years, combining major Day One releases with the triumphant returns of iconic titles. The service welcomes expansive RPGs, spectacular AAA productions, and several intriguing indie games. Players are treated to a mix of vast worlds, dynamic action, and elaborate story campaigns. If anyone has complained about the quiet start to the year, the second half of February changes everything. Xbox clearly shows that it wants to start 2026 off with a bang.

The biggest premieres and returns in Game Pass

The most notable debut is Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, which is the continuation of a realistic RPG set in medieval Bohemia. The game offers an expanded story, an even larger world, and a combat system developed compared to the first part.

A strong point of the offering is also Avowed from Obsidian Entertainment – a first-person fantasy RPG set in the Pillars of Eternity universe.

The service also includes Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, a spectacular adventure in the world of Pandora prepared by Ubisoft.

There were plenty of returns. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition is back in the Game Pass library, offering the full edition with add-ons.

At the same time, at the end of the month, m.in will remove Injustice 2 and Middle-earth: Shadow of War from the catalogue, so it’s worth catching up on them before 28 February.

Is this the best month in the history of the service?

It's difficult to give a definitive answer, but in terms of variety and the scale of releases, February 2026 is definitely one of the strongest periods in the history of Xbox Game Pass. We have Day One releases, major AAA productions, and proven RPG hits. The issue is no longer the lack of games – the issue becomes the lack of time.
