Anker Nebula P1 – portable projector with detachable Bluetooth speakers. Small equipment, big sound!

Calendar 10/13/2025

Anker Nebula P1 with detachable Bluetooth speakers and 1080p image up to 180”. A wireless home cinema with Google TV and a free 100” screen.

Anker has surprised us again with an idea that could change the way we think about mini projectors. The new Nebula P1 is not just a compact device for outdoor cinema – it’s also a clever design with detachablespeakers, allowing for truly immersive sound.

Speakers that stand out from the crowd

The biggest issue with portable projectors has always been the sound. Anker has tackled this problem in their own way – Nebula P1 has two 10-watt speakers that can simply be… slid out of the casing and placed anywhere in the room. They connect to the projector wirelessly via Bluetooth, so you won’t have to deal with cables.

Each speaker has its own battery – enough for about 20 hours of use. The projector itself requires mains power, although Anker also has a solution for that: SOLIX C300 DC Power Station, which is a portable power bank sufficient for 3.5 hours of viewing.

Full HD Picture and 130° Gimbal

Nebula P1 displays images in Full HD resolution (1080p), with a diagonal of up to 180 inches. The brightness is 650 ANSI lumens, making it best suited for evening use or in a dimly lit room. The projector features a rotating integrated gimbal (range of 130°), autofocus, auto keystone correction, and a picture stabiliser.

The device has an IP33 rating, which means it is resistant to light splashes. The speakers are even more robust – IP54, so they can withstand dust and a rainy evening under the gazebo (though a bath is not good for them).

Google TV on board and the cheaper sibling of the powerful Nebula X1 Pro

The Google TV system provides access to popular services like Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Hulu, Prime Video. It also features HDMI 2.1, USB-A and USB-C ports, allowing you to connect a console, USB drive or laptop.

Anker already has a larger model with a similar concept – Nebula X1 Pro, but that device is in a different league: 3500 ANSI lumens, two 80-watt speakers and subwoofers. The price? Almost 3700 USD. In this context, the Nebula P1 looks very reasonable.

Nebula P1 is a projector that finally takes sound seriously. Instead of cramming the speakers into the housing, Anker has allowed them to… breathe. Combined with a sleek design, Google TV, and a full range of ports – this could be the most exciting portable projector of the season.
